United Monolithic Semiconductors (UMS) is a German-French Group located in Ulm/Germany and Villebon/France. The Group was founded in 1996 as a joint venture of THALES and AIRBUS Defence and Space.
Our expertise lies in the development of gallium arsenide / gallium nitride semiconductor technologies and the production of corresponding components for telecommunication, automotive, defence, space and industial applications. We offer a broad range of standardised products and customised solutions and foundry services.
We employ around 400 people at the two locations. There are sales offices in Burlington (USA) and Shanghai (China).
